At The Hadeed, we understand that plans change. To ensure transparency and compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws, we’ve outlined our straightforward cancellation process below.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Standard Orders

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Custom Orders

Cannot be canceled once production has begun (e.g., personalized engravings, custom Damascus steel designs). Contact us immediately at info@thehadeed.com if you wish to cancel a custom order.

Non-Cancelable Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped.
  • Custom/personalized items in production.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  • Contact Us ASAP – To cancel, email info@thehadeed.com or WhatsApp +1 (307) 204-4661 with:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Confirmation – We’ll confirm within 12 hours if your cancellation is approved.
  • Refund Processing – If approved, your refund will be issued within 5 business days (Monday to Friday) (depending on your bank).

3. What Happens After Cancellation?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped: We’ll cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
  • If your order is already shipped:
  • You may refuse the delivery (return to sender).
  • Once we receive the unopened package, we’ll process your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the cancellation is due to our error.

4. Custom Order Cancellations

  • Before production: Full refund if canceled within 12 hours.
  • During/after production: Non-refundable. You will receive updates on your order’s progress to avoid surprises.

5. Shipping & Cancellation Details (USA Only)

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.(Monday to Friday)
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (delivery times vary by location).
  • Tracking Info: Sent via email once your order ships.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal: 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after approval.
  • Contact us at info@thehadeed.com if your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days.
